Looking after staff ,suppliers ,customers  requires a skill that is changing on a daily basis.

It is easy just to employ people , give them a title  and then let them loose on doing their job. It is only when problems surface which could have been hidden , developing for a long time or not solved at the start that not only cost a lot of time and money to correct but should have been monitored more.

It is easy to save costs by reducing staff but this can lead to severe problems further on.

​Having the right person in the right place at the right time is so important.Making do is not and never should be the way.
